    12 monthly live gatherings! Once a month for a year we gather live online for a Yoga for Vital Bones tune-up and discuss the B.O.N.E.S. topics. Mary Sheila and Mary Beth answer your questions and guide you in how to apply the lessons of each Pillar to meet your health goals.

Meet Your Course Instructors

Mary Beth Ray began studying and practicing yoga in the early 1990s. Teaching since 2009, MB shares the exploration of the many facets of yoga in an accessible manner to help you apply practical insights to your everyday life. 

MB is certified as a Yoga for Osteoporosis teacher. In addition, she is a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). She is also a certified holistic Nutrition Consultant and a Functional Medicine & National Board-Certified Health & Wellness coach.

  • How much time should I expect to schedule for the lessons?

    The time will vary but probably ranges from 1 to 2 hours max. Going through the lessons can be done at a leisurely pace and a lot of it can be absorbed while listening and not just staring at the screen. So schedule your time throughout the month to watch, listen to, or read all the components of that Pillar's lessons and take the short, easy quiz (which isn't graded, btw, it is designed to reinforce your learning and help it stick.) We'll meet once a month to do yoga and answer your questions live.

  • When will the live sessions be scheduled?

    The live sessions will be once a month (typically a Saturday morning.) They will be recorded and posted in the course if you can't make that time. And you can send your questions ahead of time to be answered during the call.

  • What if I can't attend one of the live sessions?

    We hope you can join us live, but don't worry if you miss a session. They will be recorded for viewing at your convenience. The recordings will be posted in the course within 24 hours after the Live session.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    You will have access to the course for 1 year.
