While the course is intended to be followed through from beginning to end, I'm very much aware that each person who goes through this course starts at a different point with their fitness level, experience with yoga, sense of body awareness, and history of injuries, maybe previous fractures, and myriad other conditions, so you may be tempted to jump into a part that is most pertinent to your needs.
However you approach this course, it's all good and it's important to me that you use this information as an ongoing resource and take it all in.
We all have to practice yoga mindfully - AND - if you've already fractured please approach the practice doubly so - AND - this course is intended to put all our minds at ease about how to practice safely and learn to reap all the benefits that yoga can offer us for our health.
