The workshop, recorded in the June 2022, combines learning through practice, personal assistance, and discussion.
In the workshop, we work with the 12 poses studied by Dr. Fishman to build bone and learn how to optimize your alignment and self-assess your practice to gain the most benefit for your bones given your own fitness level and yoga experience.
In addition, this course includes a pose-by-pose lesson library. The library demonstrates many different modifications that you could consider taking given your own personal fitness level and experience with yoga.
You can refer to this course over and over again for your own ongoing practice.
