You can still join Wednesday live class with all the options of joining and paying as you go, sliding scale 0-$10/class. The Community Library is set up as a convenient way for you to auto-pay for your classes, get the recordings that you can do at any time in case you can't make the weekly class, and a whole bunch more resources to support your practice for your vital bones.
The recordings will be posted in this library from now on. The Vital Bones Facebook group still contains 100 classes in the Guides that you are free to use.
Welcome! When you become a member of the Community Library the Zoom information for the weekly class is included in the library. Please join us!

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. You will lose access to the library at the end of your current billing period. You may still attend the Wednesday live class if you like and pay by the class.
