It's a place I will share thoughts and teachings on yoga and nutrition to support you on your journey learning to understand your bones, nourish and build stronger bones, and not fear your bones so you can live a long life with confidence, functional mobility, and clarity.

I firmly believe that the crux of our health care is self-care enriched with collaboration, support, information, and grit.

Here's what some students say...

  • KM says...

"Your prompts are so great. You mentioned to spread the toes, or lean in, and everything changes in a pose! Thank you. :)"

  • JC says...

"Your soothing voice and gentle encouragement are helping me begin a healthy habit that I truly believe will make a difference in my quality of life."

  • PP says...

  • CB says...

"I love your classes and I now have a daily practice, because of your encouragement and instruction."

  • SB says...

" What I especially enjoy are your recorded videos, as it’s impossible for me to attend a live class during those times. So thank you so much for recording your classes and for all that you do. Your patience and thoughtfulness shines bright. "

  • SP says...

"Your teaching style is so calming and relaxing that I don’t feel rushed getting from one pose to another. There actually is time to get there where in some classes I just skip more difficult poses so as not to be rushed."

  • AD says...

"I appreciate how informative your weekly emails are. Succinct and helpful!"

  • SC says...

"I really appreciate that you make your wonderful yoga for osteoporosis classes available."

  • SL says...

  • ST says...

"I appreciate that you offer reminders about 'different' body types and how we may need to stretch differently. Good for me. :)"

  • PR says...

"Just wanted to tell you that I love your yoga classes. I been doing the recording. I appreciate you and how knowledgeable you are. Keep up the great work😊"

  • CB says...

"I've been doing yoga beside you weekly thanks to the videos. You really have such a skillful way of guiding us along, one healthy stretch after another. My osteoporosis is in good, yogi hands."

  • CH says...

"Having taken yoga classes for 30ish years, I did think about your not saying things like "make sure your knees don’t extend beyond your ankles,” but then you explained during class that it’s zoom and many times you cannot see what folks are doing, so it is very wise to instill in your students to tap into their own body wisdom, and that is just what I did, and I think unconsciously been doing with your Sunday classes as well. I feel very privileged to have been exposed to your style of teaching Mary Beth..

  • JM says...

"Your class is an island of calm in a sea of unquiet. Thank you!"

  • DB says...

"Thank you for sharing your time, your knowledge, your calm and your beautiful aura. I am learning so much practicing with you."

  • GM says...

"I just wanted to say that I love your class! Thank you for your kindness, depth of knowledge, warmth and the joy you communicate through your teaching and leadership."

  • BM says...

"It’s been my pleasure to be your student and to know you. I’m grateful for how dedicated you are to all of us and our overall health, not just our bone health. It’s really special."
